2nd Summer School in Experimental and Behavioural Economics, Department of Economics, University of Crete, July 7-11, 2025 - Yuki Chan
The summer school brings insights from Economics, Public Policy, Computer Science, and Psychology to develop new understandings of human behaviours. There are also poster sessions on topics including AI-induced immoral discrimination, behavioural barriers to impact investing, and tolerance and polarization, and “Bring Your Experiment!” sessions to exchange experimental insights.
Project Outcomes:
Yuki attended the sessions and became more prepared for her thesis chapter. It was also nice for her to learn about Natural Language Processing and how AI impacts behavioural research. Yuki met participants from Greece, China, India, Germany, the UK and so many more countries. It was enriching to know how research works in other institutions and cultures, which helped her to identify potential collaborators. Yuki was able to share her thesis idea about political polarisation and health information communication and get feedback from audience from different backgrounds including Finance, Economics, and Psychology.
