Writing Sessions

The Society & Culture Spotlight team is pleased to invite you to our 25/26 writing sessions, a friendly and supportive writing session designed to help you make a positive start toward your writing goals.

This event is open to all PGRs and ECRs working within the broad area of society and culture, and offers a relaxed environment to focus, plan, and make real progress on your writing.

What to expect:

  • Quiet, structured writing blocks
  • A relaxed and welcoming environment
  • Space for goal-setting and planning
  • Tea, coffee and snacks and meal (a few slices of pizza!) provided

We hope you will join us for a productive and enjoyable co-working writing session. Let’s work with motivation, connection, and towards our writing goals!

14:30-17:30 focused writing using the Pomodoro Technique
