What is OneFile?
OneFile is a browser based ePortfolio system, procured to manage and evidence the delivery of Degree Apprenticeship programmes. It enables teaching staff to set assessments and tasks and give feedback, monitor learning progress and off-the-job attendance, record attendance and document progress reviews. Students are able to upload assessments and learning evidence to build their portfolio of work, and complete self-reflective and self-scoring activities to track their learning growth. Employers are able to access their employee’s portfolios to monitor progress, and participate in progress reviews.
Student Information Systems and OneFile
Student Information Systems are providing technical support for departments using the system; this includes maintaining operational use; incident resolution; and assistance with the setup of new departments or programmes.
How to access OneFile
OneFile is accessed online, and is supported on most major web browsers. If registered for an account, users will log into the portal directly at https://login.onefile.co.uk/
