Employer/Observer are the generic role types for users from the organisation at which an Apprentice is employed. Employer accounts have some interactive responsibilities, whereas Observer accounts have read-only access. The following guides and resources should help support your use of the system, however please defer to your partnering University of Warwick academic department, for exact guidance on any actions you may be responsible for in support of your Apprentice/s.

Please contact the academic department your apprentice is associated if you require support, they will either assist or forward your query to the correct internal team.
