Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Allocations are made in June and July for the upcoming academic year and priority is given to postgraduate families that are new to Warwick. Information about the different types of family accommodation on campus including location and charges can be found by visiting our campus accommodation webpage.

For further advice on house-hunting, particularly if you need to look in the private sector, please contact the Warwick Students' Union Advice Team. The Students Union will also have contact details of letting agents that specifically relate to the student letting sector as well as more advice on the letting process.
The University of Warwick will process yours and your family’s personal data (you must have obtained consent from those persons over 13 years of age and for whom you have parental responsibility) provided within this application form for the purpose(s) of processing your accommodation application.
The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (and includes steps leading to entering into a contract).
We also rely on consent where you have provided special category data (such as health data). You may request to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us on staffandfamilyhousing@warwick.ac.uk. If you withdraw your consent then we will not be able to proceed with your application.
Your personal data may be shared or disclosed to third parties external to the University of Warwick, for example local authorities. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the UK, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained in accordance with the University's Records Retention Schedule. Submitted forms will be deleted after 12 months.
