If you're living in our residences on campus and you’ve noticed something that requires fixing, you can inform us by reporting the fault.

Find out more about reporting a fault in your accommodation on campus

Report a fault

If you need to report a fault in your accommodation, you've got two easy options. Complete our online form or try our new system, Invida Resolve by downloading the app or using the web browser.

An alternative way to report a fault in your accommodation is through the Invida Resolve app which you'll need to download on your device.

Heating and Weather Forecasting

To report a washer fault or breakdown, please call the WASHCO service team directly on 08000 546 546 or send an email to newburyservice@washco.co.uk.
