A conference exclusively for university recruitment, we host a unique platform for human resources professionals to network, learn about innovation in people strategy and gain insights from industry experts.

Our conference will provide sector insights, as well as methods and resources for your recruitment strategy. Attendees will have an opportunity to watch guest speaker presentations, network with peers and gain valuable knowledge to elevate your recruitment strategy, brand and culture.

Designed for experienced researchers and academics with PhDs, or PhD students, this event provides the unique opportunity to meet academics and senior personnel from a selection of prestigious Chinese universities. You will be able to talk to them directly about the range of exciting career and research opportunities available abroad.

A choice of presentations and workshops to support you in your current role, as well as your career advancement, will also be available for you to attend. The day will conclude with a drinks reception to provide a networking opportunity with your peers and our exhibiting universities from China.

Whether you are a final year undergraduate or postgraduate student looking to kick-start your career, or someone simply wishing to progress from your current position, this event provides a unique opportunity to network with employers who are actively seeking to recruit talented women. There will also be additional tools to help you take the next step, including presentations from sector experts and a CV workshop.
