The Active Wellbeing Team will be hosting a cross-campus festival focused on mindfulness, relaxation and de-stressing, during the summer exam period. We recognise how taxing exams can be on your wellbeing, so we want to give students an opportunity to unwind and decompress. Whether it's completing a Nature Walk, participating in a Pop-Up activity or doing some self-care meditation, take your mind off exams and do some de-stressing!

A Christian retreat, giving you the chance to deepen your prayer life and spend some quality time with God, in the midst of everyday life.

A Retreat in Daily Life is an opportunity to spend a week with time to learn about and be guided in Christian prayer alongside your normal everyday life.

It involves a daily time of personal prayer (aiming at 30 minutes) and a daily half-hour individual meeting with a friendly as well as experienced prayer guide. Alongside this are workshops to help us explore prayer more generally.

The Fresh Fruit and Veg stall 'Fresh and Juicy' is back for term 3, bringing a burst of flavour and nutrition back to the heart of Warwick Campus. A beloved weekly fixture pre-lockdown, this event marks a triumphant comeback, offering students and staff a convenient and affordable way to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Join the University's Catholic Chaplain for Mass followed by light refreshments. Everyone welcome.

A weekly 3-5k walk around the campus, as a part of the Run Talk Run initiative to make both movement and mental health support less intimidating, and more accessible.
