Finding Room AV Information

• Details of AV facilities and equipment in each of the meeting rooms can be found by clicking on the room number in the list of meeting rooms.
• Alternatively, choose the room that you are interested in from the dropdown menu on the AV Services meeting room listLink opens in a new window.

Requesting Additional AV Support

• It is the responsibility of the person booking the room to request any additional audio-visual services or equipment directly through Audio-Visual ServicesLink opens in a new window, including laptops and technician assistance.
• It is advisable to contact AV Services at least a week in advance of the equipment or services being required.

Reporting Issues

• Please contact the AV Services team if you find any problems with the AV equipment in the meeting rooms.
• If you identify any problems with the meeting rooms, please notify Space managementLink opens in a new window as soon as possible after the meeting.
