Any contractor coming onto the University to carry out work on our behalf must be provided with relevant Health and Safety information both before they arrive (to enable them to complete their own safe operating procedures/method statements and risk assessments) and upon their arrival.

Below is a basic Health and Safety induction to be shown to all contractor site operatives either upon arrival, or just before arrival, which must be supported by a local induction which must provide specific local Health and Safety information relevant to them, enabling them to stay safe whilst working on our premises.
