How to recover your user code or password

Introduction

When you join Warwick as a student or member of staff, you are given a unique user code. Your user code needs to be paired with a password. This is a secret string of characters known only by you, as a security measure to confirm your identity. Used together, your user code and password become your digital identity at Warwick and allow you to log in to your accounts securely and access the university's services and facilities.

It's important to keep them safe.
