Warwick University academic departments can now access their module statistics in a new Module Statistics Dashboard. After the initial build, the dashboard has been enhanced based on user experience to ensure that it meets all identified stakeholder requirements. Throughout the process, the IDG teams have carried out robust testing to ensure data accuracy across students, modules and components. This also validated access requirements and associated data security. An FAQ and Information section have been created to ensure the data can be correctly interpreted.

Departmental feedback has praised the tool, IDG’s response to the problems that departments were experiencing, and the speed of process of moving from requirements through to delivery. Departments are also appreciating the standardised approach to moderation and the ease of use of the tool.
