Celebrating a milestone achievement in online assessment, University of Warwick has successfully conducted over 200 exams for 3,300 students across 14 departments using the scalable and reliable Warwick Assessment System. This transition was facilitated by proactive departmental engagement, tailored training sessions, and commitment to support, leading to greater potential for reduced administrative burdens, enhanced flexibility, and positive environmental impact. With an average survey rating of 3.97 out of 5 Online Assessment was praised by students for its efficiency. Staff also welcomed the support they received and appreciated that the shift to online exams signifies our institution's commitment to modern and sustainable assessment practices. Work is now underway to deliver integration to further address improved data management, along with consideration of the challenges relating to academic integrity as part of the wider assessment strategy.
