Check room is suitable for teaching, does what is says on the tin

PC is on, connected & can be logged into
Control panel buttons all do what they're supposed to
Image & audio being sent by PC?
Image & audio sent by laptop using HDMI
Image & audio sent by laptop using VGA
Solstice is running & can be connected to
Touch screen monitor responds to touch
Document camera works, responds to controls and touch panel controls
Projector sending image - any discolouration, misalignment, warning lights?
Dual display / picture in picture working as expected?
Mic checks - mics working, charging correctly?
Is mute disabled on lapel mics?
Can mics be heard okay in the room - any feedback issues etc? (*some smaller rooms only have mics for Teams use & not for room amplification)
Rooms has Teams audio - check PC is receiving mic audio (right click speaker, click sounds, click recording to see the VU meter)
Camera check - camera responds to control panel? Camera preview on monitor? - log in spreadsheet
Teams video - check camera signal is being received by the PC (open camera app, select inogeni - if signal not be seen by photo switch to video)
Logitech MeetUp / Rally Bar - test audio & video are working
Projector screen responds to controls? Any damage visible?
