Due to the current shortage of RAM and storage components, current pricing isn't available from HP. As such, purchasing HP devices isn't possible.

There are also delays with orders from DELL due to the same market constraints. Orders placed will be fulfilled in order when stock is available.

Please note that the newest M5 MacBooks do NOT come with a charger. Please retain your old one if retiring old laptops should you need a charger.

These are our recommendations for computers for use at Warwick.

The standard devices are devices that should suit most workloads at the university. The other recommendations are for specific workloads.

PhD students are recommended to look at the PhD options.

If you require something that is not listed below or a desktop/All In One, please contact IDG Service Desk so we can assist in ensuring you purchase a suitable device.

All devices listed here come with a 4 year warranty and will be enrolled in Warwick's systems.

Please note, we only support Dell, HP and Apple devices as detailed in these pages. Devices from other vendors are not supported.
