Module Approval 23 released
We released Module Approval 23 on Friday 13th March. In this version:
- In the Module description section, the 'Indicative reading list' field is no longer required when a Talis Aspire link is provided.
- In the Availability section, route can optionally be specified alongside course in availability entries. We are specifically asking that you do not revise any modules already validated or on the brink of being submitted for approval. This functionality has been added at this stage to support the needs of a couple of particular departments where it is needed and they know who they are. The field is optional and can therefore be left blank without impacting your ability to submit a module.
- The academic year associated with a module proposal is now displayed in the module list and revisions list.
- We fixed an issue where the assessment learning outcomes grid was not displayed to reviewers.
- Users who can edit a module can now restore the form back to a previous Draft or Completed revision. Modules cannot be restored while under review.
To restore a module to a previous version:
- Navigate to the module page
- Select Show revisions
- Select View beside the revision to be restored
- Choose Restore
- Select Confirm
The previous version of the form is restored.
