Release notes for web applications
Tabula 2023.2.4 released
We released Tabula 2023.2.4 on Wednesday 1st March 2023. In this version, we:
- Made improvements to how Tabula handles missing student assessment (SAS) records in SITS when uploading component marks. Prior to this fix, users whose uploads failed due to this error needed to raise a helpdesk call to re-upload marks after assessments were created by the Modules, Marks and Assessments team. Following this update, errors related to missing assessments in SITS will be cleared at regular intervals, allowing upload to continue automatically once those assessments have been generated in SITS by the MMA team.
Tabula 2023.2.3 released
We released Tabula 2023.2.3 on Wednesday 22nd February 2023. In this version, we:
- Added the option to sort using the Marker Mark or Mark columns while moderating marks.
SiteBuilder 2.534 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.534 on Thursday 16th February 2023. In this version, we:
- Made a change to Custom HTML components so they no longer display the text 'HTML-DATA' when left empty. Custom HTML components without content will now appear blank, but retain their dotted line border in the editor to indicate their position and enable you to select them.
Tabula 2023.2.2 released
We released Tabula 2023.2.2 on Wednesday 15th February 2023. In this version, we:
- Fixed a bug that caused an extra scroll bar to appear at the bottom of Exam Grid preview pages.
- Solved an issue that caused profile photos to be duplicated when adding attendance notes for small groups.
- Improved performance on Small Groups pages displayed to students.
SiteBuilder 2.533 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.533 on Monday 13 February 2023. In this version, we:
- Fixed a bug that prevented filter tags working on News filter and Calendar filter page templates.
- Solved an issue where setting a period of unavailability with a long duration and frequent recurrence could cause performance issues on Bookings pages. With this update, trying to set a period of unavailability that could cause this kind of problem will produce an error message.
- Made the following fixes and improvements to the Components Editor:
- Fixed a bug that meant Custom HTML components containing no visible content could not be selected in the editor.
- Added an option to pause automatic accessibility checks while editing a page. This can be done by selecting the Pause live accessibility audits button, which is located next to the Re-check accessibility now button at the top of the Accessibility pane. While paused, the Components Editor will not automatically check for accessibility issues, which will improve editor performance while working on larger pages. Resuming audits or attempting to Publish the page will trigger an audit, highlighting any issues of concern.
