Tabula release notes
Tabula 2018.4.2
We released Tabula 2018.4.2 on Thursday 12 April 2018. In this version we:
- fixed a bug in the double-blind marking workflow that prevented some markers from being able to see all the submissions allocated to you for marking
- added a new option to an assignment's submissions and feedback screen to enable you to filter submissions by extension status
- improved the layout of the exam grid preview when you print it directly from your web browser
Tabula 2018.4.1
We released Tabula 2018.4.1 on Thursday 5 April 2018. There are no new features this week. Bug fixes and improvements include:
- better audit information for submissions in a moderated marking workflow that are sent directly to the administrator as approved with no changes
- exam grids with three or more years render the rightmost columns correctly
Tabula 2018.3.5
We released Tabula 2018.3.5 on Thursday 29 March 2018. In this version:
- we fixed a bug that prevented you from recording an attendance note and saving the attendance, for all students associated with a single monitoring point
- when a marker or moderator view a submission, the tab where they enter their feedback displays by default instead of the submission details tab
- we updated menu labels and confirmation messages related to flagging suspected plagiarism to make the actions clearer
- when defining an exam grid, you can choose multiple years of study
Tabula 2018.3.4
We released Tabula 2018.3.4 on Thursday 22 March 2018. This version contains bug fixes and improvements to exam grids, including:
- When you create a grid, you can choose multiple courses
- Following requests from Cognos users, EMU indicators (for example, W = withdrawn) display alongside marks
- We've added an option to show sequence numbers alongside assessment component marks
Tabula 2018.3.3
We released Tabula 2018.3.3 on Thursday, 15 March 2018. Improvements in this version include:
- the marker's screen – submissions are grouped under ‘Submissions to mark’, ‘Upcoming marking’ and ‘Marked’
- the moderator's screen – submissions are grouped under ‘Submissions to moderate and send to admin’, ‘Upcoming moderation’ and ‘Moderated’
- exam seat numbers in the coursework management component – you can import seat numbers from SITS and see them throughout a marking workflow
- exam grids – when specifying your grid options, you can choose to calculate year marks from the current component and assignment marks from SITS, or use year marks previously uploaded to SITS via Tabula
We've also fixed a bug that was causing duplicate events to display in timetables.
