Tabula 2024.8.2 released
We released Tabula version 2024.8.2 on Wednesday 28th August 2024. Changes in this update include:
- When creating assignments from SITS, Tabula now checks to verify that closing dates fall after the opening date.
Tabula 2024.8.1 released
We released Tabula version 2024.8.1 on Thursday 22nd August 2024. Changes in this update include:
- Marks Management: You can now select Refresh SITS Assignments in the Module marks menu to update assignment data for past academic years.
- Generating resits should no longer produce an error.
Note: These notes include changes made in hotfixes released on 1st, 6th and 7th August 2024.
Tabula 2024.7.2 released
We released Tabula version 2024.7.2 on Wednesday, 31st July 2024. Changes in this update include:
- Calculating module marks now ignores components with an AO assessment group.
- Exam grids now indicate students who are registered on a different course.
- Mitigating circumstances submissions can now be given a grade of OS to indicate issues with an online submission.
- The Student List with PIT Info (All Departments) report can now be filtered by student code.
Tabula 2024.7.1 released
We released Tabula version 2024.7.1 on Wednesday 17th July 2024. Changes in this update include:
- Exam grids: Modules no longer appear multiple times in grids if Core, Core Required and Core Optional modules are all selected.
- Notes & minutes are no longer mandatory when recording Award Optional Resit outcomes.
- Users with permissions to view student reports with PIT data can now see progression decisions for students regardless of the release date.
Tabula 2024.6.2 released
We released Tabula version 2024.6.2 on Friday 28th June 2024. Changes in this update include:
- Students will no longer see a message that no decision has been taken before marks are released.
- We've clarified the text for mitigating circumstances notifications to better communicate a claim's status or next steps.
- The Email these students button on the Personal Tutees screen now only adds email addresses for students who've been selected in the list.
- Exam grids: Users should no longer receive an error when generating a grid if they choose the Borderline consideration option and students had previously completed a year abroad with a year weighting of 0%.
- Record outcomes: Board recommendations no longer show all assessment names when the Other option is selected.
