I have added a user - why can't they access my page?
SiteBuilder and other apps do not re-check the members of a group too often, for performance reasons.
If a WebGroup has permission to view a page, and you've just added a new user to the group, it may take up to 10 minutes before the new user is able to access your page. If it has been longer than 10 minutes and the user is still unable to view the page, then send details to the IDG Web Team at
