If there is a wireless microphone in the room, please use it. If you don't there will be no audio on your recording. Here is a training video on how to you a wireless radio microphone.

Video Cameras

If you have requested video in Oculus building you will need to check that the video Camera is in the correct position, you can control the camera using the touch panel on the Lectern.

Lecture Capture Indicator Lights

Lecture Capture Indicator Lights have been installed in all room in the Oculus Building. These light signal the status of your recording. But your this light to work you must be logged in to the Lectern PC. This page explains what each colour on the light means.
