When using Outlook Web App (OWA), you may be randomly presented with a screen asking for your details (such as alternative email address and telephone number). This screen will appear because it is an email service run by Microsoft and although it is not relevant to us at the University of Warwick, Microsoft generally use it across all their accounts worldwide.

If you are presented with this screen below (or similar), we recommend you put your @warwick email address into the ‘Alternative email address’ field (e.g. <username>@warwick.ac.uk) and leave all other fields blank. Please note: there is no requirement to fill in any of your personal details.
