The Service Board meets every 6 months and includes members of the University Community as follows;


1 member from the Student Body.

Student Support Services

1 member from a Student Support Service.

Faculty and Academic Staff

1 member from an Academic Department.

Adminstrative Staff

1 Member from a University Administrative Department

Commercial Groups

1 Member from a Commercial Department

IT Services

3 Members from the Service Desk Team including the Service Owner and a member from the Senior Management Team.

Administrative Staff: Nick Hull (Academic Office)

Commercial Groups: Alison Foden (Arts Centre)

IT Services: Jas Dhillon (Service Owner), Steve Robinson (Head of Service Delivery), Paul Trimmer (Service Desk), Angela Roxburgh (Service Owner:Training)

The following items will be considered by the Board as part of the agenda:

  • Review performance of the service during the previous period
  • Review strategic priorities for the service
  • Represent the University community, provide feedback and information about current and future usage, issues, and requirements.
