Viewing issues you have raised which IT Services is still working on
To view an issue still to be resolved by IT Services either:
Click on My Open Issues menu item
which will open a list of all your open issues as you can see on this screen:
Alternatively, you can refer to the list displayed under Open on the central area of your Homepage (if you have less than 20 open records).
To view an individual record, simply click on the appropriate number. The record will open and details of the issue will be displayed.
