Viewing requests you have raised which IT Services is still working on

To view a request still to be resolved by IT Services either:

• Click on My Open Requests menu item
  
  
  
  
• Or refer to the list displayed under Open on the central area of your Homepage.
  
  
  

To view an individual record, simply click on the appropriate number. Details of the request will then be displayed.
