How can I see all the resolved service requests I have made?

Viewing requests you have raised which IT Services has resolved

To view a request which IT Services indicates they have fixed (resolved):

Click on My Resolved Requests menu item

Self-Service - Resolved Requests

This will open a list of your resolved requests.


To view an individual record, simply click on the appropriate number. Details of the request will then be displayed
