The traffic shaping and QoS (Quality of Service) service is designed to help optimise saturated links to improve performance and latency. This service is only defined for specific links that ITS network believe will be beneficial.

All standard requests are handled through the Service Desk
This service is free at the point of use.
This service is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, apart for periods of non-availability required for planned maintenance. Support for the service is available during standard support hours (8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 16:30 Friday).
