Office 365 Profiles

The profiles feature of Office 365 is linked with the Delve application. You can create a profile for yourself, complete with picture and details of your areas of expertise that other members of Warwick staff can look up.

How to view and edit your profile

Go to, and click on the profile image in the top right corner of the screen. From the menu that drops down, choose "My Office Profile". This will take you to your profile page. Here you can upload a picture of yourself by hovering over the photo area in the top left corner and clicking the "change your photo" button that pops up. You can edit your profile details by clicking the "Update profile" button.
