Julie was really friendly and helpful, as was Chris. Julie kept me informed of what work had been done and what was still to be done. She showed me how to edit parts of the site myself and she worked hard to make it possible to have a microsite. Both Julie and Chris worked hard to make the content and design as close to what I envisioned as possible and explained why some things weren't possible. I'm really happy with the result and the amount of support I received.

I'd like to draw to your attention that I constructed a full webpage in a few hours with no understanding of how to use the SiteBuilder tool, and it turned out to be fantastic. The website appears to be quite amazing and user-friendly, and it did not require much effort to create. The UX Team was really helpful; they ensured that all difficulties, whether they were related to option exploration, images, or iconography, were addressed thoroughly. I'm quite impressed and enjoyed working with the UX Design team. Julie Moreton, Chris Pritchard, and Adam Cartwright have all been very helpful in establishing this.

The refresh of the website design is just what we needed. It came about through a conversation regarding accessibility (as the old colours we were using weren't accessible), so IT Services suggested that one of their graphic designers could come up with some alternative designs for us that would meet accessibility guidelines. The results were great - we were given a few options to choose from and we went with the one that ties in with our brochure. The turn-around in terms of implementing the design was quick and we were also given the opportunity to flag any issues after the design had been implemented. Thanks again for your help with this :)
