We released Module Approval 36 on 3rd November.  In this version, we have fixed bugs and implemented improvements:

• Approved modules can now be filtered by the academic year. Users will be able to view those specific revisions based on the filter applied.
• System now re-uses mab assessment groups wherever possible as part of module changes for the current academic year. Previously, there were occasions where assessment group used at the time of creation could vary at the later stage when module was modified.
• Allow "specific timetable request" field for online assessments now.
• If the module was part of various pre-requisite rules, it appeared several times in the desc field of SITS MMR table. This has been fixed now.
• There was a bug introduced in the past which means 0 mywarwick notifications were sent since Jun 2020. This has been fixed.
• New role ExamAdmin added which can allow users belonging to in-module-approval-exams webgroup to see some Exam menu options. It allows exams team to see module quick count and ability to set up assessment changes per department.
• New menu option for Roles that allows you to see roles in various departments that have been set up by the EPQ. You can now see your roles by going through the Roles/My roles menu sub option. System also allows you to see roles for any user.
• User can now see what roles system can support and description of each role as part of the Roles icon (top right).

We released Module Approval 35 on 20th October. In this version:

• Reuse MAB SEQ generated by the MA system earlier as part of amending module assessment section.
• More fields are evaluated when determining minor assessment change.

We released Module Approval 34 on Wednesday 14th October. In this version:

• New Report has been added that would give module overview status per department. The report only can be accessed by EPQ currently but will become available for the exams team in the future release.
• In year minor field changes (assessment section) - Other than assessment method and weight are considered minor field changes. System currently prevents the SITS upload when students are registered even when minor assessment changes are detected. Now system will allow those changes.
• System currently doesn't allow SITS upload when users change sections other than the assessment section. This happens when students are registered for the module. System prevented that when some unnecessary spaces were found in certain SITS string fields(MAB related tables) and detected that as a change in the assessment section. This has now been handled by ignoring those spaces for comparison purposes between MA system and SITS and letting upload work.

We released Module Approval 33 on Tuesday 6th September. In this version:

• "Modules modified by SITS" report table is now sortable and filterable.
• Module revision list indicates when a completed revision is exported to SITS.
• Each section now displays validation error messages.
• Updated preferred timing option for reassessment.
• Available options for "Self certification" field is now up to 5 days

We released Module Approval 32 on Wednesday 9th September. In this version we have :

• Relaxed module code validation rule to loosen its association with department code. A checkbox needs to be ticked for confirmation if user wants to add any code other than valid departmental codes.
• Added "Interview" and "Viva Voce Examination" assessment types.
• Amended EAD codes for online exams.
