Release notes for web applications

We released SiteBuilder version 2.637 on Monday 13th January 2026. Changes in this update include:

• The Edit permissions screen once again displays the members of a webgroup when the (who?) link is selected.
• SiteBuilder Forms: Labels for Paired drop down lists now display correctly when using Textile markup.

We released Tabula version 2026.1.1 on Friday 9th January 2026. Changes in this update include:

• Extension requests and mitigating circumstances submissions can now be sorted by submission date.
• Department admins can now download a report of coursework extension requests.
• Users with permissions set at department level can now generate Reasonable Adjustments reports for individual modules.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.636 on Thursday 8th January 2026. Changes in this update include:

• Audio clips added to Components Editor pages now use your browser's built-in audio player, enabling users to see their position in the clip, and drag or click to select a specific time in the recording.

We released Tabula version 2025.12.3 on Thursday 18th December 2025. Changes in this update include:

• Personal Circumstances & Self-Certification submissions now list a student's starting year.
• Exam Grids: Clarified tooltip on year marks displaying as X in cases where a Pass/Fail module has been assigned both a result and a mark.
• Small Group Teaching: Added Test as an SGT group type option for in-person tests distinct from Exams.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.635 on Tuesday 16th December 2025. Changes in this update include:

• Resource Bookings pages now scroll horizontally in cases where there is a large number of resources.
