We released SiteBuilder version 2.609 on Wednesday 16^th April 2025. Changes in this update include:

• SiteBuilder Forms:
  • The link to View these submissions in submission notes emails should now link to the correct results.
  • Submission receipts are now correctly sent when other addresses are CC'd.
  • Submission receipts correctly display user-specified From: address.
• Item filter page template: The tags list is now hidden from the page when no items have tags assigned.
• Page Editors and Admins have new additional features related to deleted pages, including:
  
  • View the history of deleted pages and preview their content.
  • Navigate through deleted pages and files via the Sub-pages and Files tabs. Note that files under deleted pages cannot be viewed.
  • Deleted pages display a message on their History tab with the date & time they were deleted, and the user responsible.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.608 on Tuesday 8^th April 2025. Changes in this update include:

• Accordion components now expand properly when they appear both on the current page and in a content feed from another page.
• The Title bar caption for new pages is now limited to 60 characters, to improve the search ranking of Warwick pages and how they appear in search results. Note that this has not been automatically applied to existing pages, but the limit will be enforced when next editing page properties.
• SiteBuilder forms: All buttons should now be correctly focusable when using keyboard navigation to create or edit forms.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.607 on Monday 31^st March 2025. Changes in this update include:

• The backend for SiteBuilder Forms has been overhauled with improved and refactored code. Users should see no changes in how forms are set up, managed or submitted, but these improvements will enable development of new features going forward.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.606 on Tuesday 25^th March 2025. Changes in this update include:

• Data list, filtered data list and item filter page templates are now available to select without an access parameter.
• Textile pages no longer add <br> tags for single line breaks.
• News and calendar items set to display as tiles now include the item name in links and image captions, improving accessibility.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.605 on Monday 17^th March 2025. Changes in this update include:

• The options to create a new Researcher profile page or add a Researcher profile feed to a page have been removed. This is due to an upcoming change of the University's solution for researcher profile data; the new service does not provide API access that would allow external applications like SiteBuilder to display information. Existing profile pages and feeds will continue to work for the time being, but in future, profiles will need to be linked to instead of displayed on the page. • A single return no longer adds a line break in Textile pages.
