We released Tabula 2023.8.1 on Thursday 3^rd August 2023. Changes in this update include:

• Department admins can now correctly view their department's attendance records for students who have moved to another department.
• Monitoring points now display the meeting type on the Attendance screen.
• Mitigating Circumstances Officers are able to view any existing exam deferrals for their department by selecting the Exam-Deferrals button on the Mitigating Circumstances Submissions screen.
• A new Exam deferrals report is available to department admins under the Personal circumstances heading of the Reports page. The report lists exam deferrals with a submission date within a specified range.

We released Tabula 2023.7.2 on Wednesday 26^th July 2023. Changes in this update include:

• Resits can now be generated for any failed modules and their components with a grade of FM. Previously, it was not possible to generate resits for any modules or components where the grade was set to FM.

Tabula version 2023.7.1 was released on Friday 21^st July 2023. Changes in this update include:

• The button to proceed on the Record outcomes screen is now labelled Next instead of Save, to reflect the fact that data is not saved at this stage of the process.
• Department Administrators can now set minimum and maximum page counts for assignment submissions. Note that this functions similarly to word count limits, and is self-reported by students when submitting.
• The coursework Submissions and feedback table now includes a Published column to indicate when feedback was published without requiring users to visit submission summary pages individually.
• Tabula now displays an error when leaving a page with an incomplete meeting form. This should help prevent loss of data if a form has not yet been submitted.
• Students are automatically assigned a status of Unrecorded for a monitoring point if an associated seminar is marked as Missed (authorised). This is to enable departments to perform any necessary verification.
• An explanatory message is now displayed for students whose course outcome is blank on their marks release date.

We released Tabula 2023.6.3 on Wednesday 28^th June 2023. In this version, we:

• Fixed a bug that caused the tooltip for Component Weighted Degree Classification Average to be cut off on Exam grids.
• Improved the behaviour of Missing mark adjustment when students have modules with a grade of FM.
• Reduced the number of characters users are required to enter when adding a location before Tabula will suggest results.

These notes also include changes made in a hotfix released on Monday 19^th June 2023.

We released Tabula 2023.6.2 on Thursday 15^th June 2023. In this verson, we:

• Increased the width of the Decision column on the Record Outcomes screen.
• Added additional columns to Exam grids to display details related to force majeure for the 2022/23 academic year:
  • Missing module mark credit degree weighted (%) calculates the percentage of degree weighted credit missing based on module outcomes with no numerical marks.
  • Credits counted current year allows for students with a ‘No Result’ module outcome to gain the credit for these to ensure fairness where they have not had enough marks to adequately establish an outcome along with credit for normal passed modules.
  • Component weighted year average allows you to estimate a weighted year average based on credit from components with numerical marks.
  Note that these columns are only displayed if you select Show columns for 22/23 FM in the options when generating an exam grid for the 22/23 academic year. See the Student Information Systems article for Further Details on FM columns in Tabula Exam Grids 22/23
• Added the ability to record a grade of FM for coursework without requiring a mark to also be entered.
• Added a Personal tutor name column to the Missed event attendance screen. This information is also added to Missed attendance reports when downloaded, along with the student's email address.
