Tabula release notes
Tabula 2020.7.6 released
We released Tabula 2020.7.6 on Tuesday 7th July 2020. In this version:
- In Marks Management, Departmental Administrators and Module Managers can now:
- Process module marks so that they become agreed marks, for ratification by the Senate Sub-Group (SSG).
- Generate resits for students who have further assessment requirements. The weightings you specify for resits can differ from the weightings for the original assessments.
Tabula 2020.7.5 released
We released Tabula 2020.7.5 on Monday 6th July 2020. In this version:
- Year marks on level-based exam grids are now drawn from all available years, rather than just the most recent year. If more than one mark is found for a given year, the latest is used.
- We improved the way module marks are calculated when resits are involved.
Tabula 2020.7.4 released
We released Tabula 2020.7.4 on Friday 3rd July 2020. In this version:
- We fixed bugs that:
- Prevented uploading of year marks in a sub-department.
- Caused inaccurate year marks on level-based exam grids for some students who had temporarily withdrawn.
- We completed preparatory work to enable departments to generate resits.
Tabula 2020.7.3 released
We released Tabula 2020.7.3 on Thursday 2nd July 2020. In this version:
- We fixed a bug that prevented the recording of the component mark for a resit when the grade for the first attempt was invalid. Grades for first attempts are now ignored.
Tabula 2020.7.2 released
We released Tabula 2020.7.2 on Wednesday 1st July 2020. In this version, we made the following changes to exam grids:
- In the grid options, under the Marking section, we added the option 'Uploaded year marks if available'. Where a year mark has not been uploaded, Tabula will calculate it from component and module marks.
- If the 'Suggested Final Year Grade' is 'Fail' but a pass mark was achieved, you can now hover over the grade for an explanation. For example, this could be that insufficient CATS were passed, or a required module was failed.
