Critical Thinking in Students
Students sometimes find it difficult to understand what we mean by critical thinking and analysis, and therefore may be unable to include this, adequately, in their academic work.
This workshop seeks to define critical thinking, through a variety of models. Participants will have the opportunity to work through and evaluate a number of activities which encourage critical thinking, and to consider how it can be built into curriculum design, assessment and peer learning opportunities to enable students to be more successful at this salient Higher Education skill.
