PG Hub Group Study Rooms
There are five group study rooms available for use within the PG Hub.
Room Bookings Update
We will no longer be taking bookings for PG Hub Group Study Rooms. Rooms are now allocated on a first come first served basis. If you require any information please contact the Library through: library at warwick dot ac dot uk
Please make yourself familiar with the room guidelines, and the room capacity below, before using a room. Please use a room that is appropriate to the size of your group. Small groups may be asked to relocate from rooms 1 & 2 to rooms 3, 4, or 5.
Room capacity and Resources
- Room 1 - up to 8 students. Screen, solstice connection.
- Room 2 - up to 8 students. Screen, solstice connection. Logitech Meet-Up video conferencing. Please consider using another room if you do not intend to use the conferencing system.
- Room 3 - up to 6 students. Screen, solstice connection.
- Room 4 - up to 6 students. Screen, solstice connection.
- Room 5 - up to 6 students. Screen, solstice connection.
- Room 7 - accessible study room available for students registered with Disability Services - This room must be booked.
Conditions for room use:
- These rooms are for postgraduate student groups only: for group study, meetings and peer-led teaching.
- Please use rooms with respect to other student needs, e.g. try to use rooms for no longer than 3 hours at a time.
- Rooms are not for use by staff.
- Rooms are not intended to be used for individual study or calls.
