Organisational Development (OD) offers a range of learning and development support opportunities to Research Active Staff at Warwick.

OD delivers a range of activities offered on this site and facilitates funding.

An E-newsletter is published and circulated to Research Active Staff across the university at the beginning of each month.

 The purpose of the newsletter is to:

  • raise awareness of funding opportunities
  • provide information on learning and development opportunities within Organisational Development, as well as the University of Warwick.
  • show best practice of ideas from research staff networks
  • support the Research Active Staff community

This included EPSRC Impact, Career Development and Leadership Funding (September 2012 to March 2013).

This period broadened the support on offer to all Research Active Staff in the university.

Network Legacy Report 2012-13(PDF Document)

EPSRC Enterprise & Entrepreneurship Transferable Skills Funding - January to December 2012 

This supported collaborations, networking and promotion opportunities for research staff. A number of pilots were developed to enhance future grant applications and the transferable skills useful for career development.
