The workshop is for research active staff who are not yet fully independent. It is an experiential workshop with coaching and action learning to look at self, intellectual & team leadership. Delegates assess their current position and identify where they would like to be, what it takes to be in that role and create a plan to get there.
This workshop is based on a successful Vitae workshop (Vitae is funded by the Research Councils) which has been adapted for Warwick staff.
There is no cost to Warwick research active staff to attend this workshop.

Who should attend:
The workshop is recommended for Research, Teaching & Academic staff (Research, Academic or Teaching terms & conditions) - grade 5, 6 & 7 - unfortunately we do not except applications from postgraduates or Research Students.
Students should refer to the Student Career and Skills website for details of workshops designed specifcally to meet their needs.

Time: Refreshments available from 9am in the Lounge.
Workshop commences 9:30pm (on both days) and concludes at 4.30pm
Venue: Arden Conference Facility, Westwood Campus.

Parking - Parking is limited, early arrival is strongly recommended. Those with a University of Warwick staff parking permit can park in any Westwood Campus car park and do not need to use the pay and display.
