Today, the government has passed laws that could restrict the right to strike for over five million workers. The right to strike is a fundamental British liberty. We must defend it at all costs. Come along to the MRC to learn about the largest trade union in the UK public sector, including its history of movements, activities and key figures. Archivists at the MRC will provide the stories behind the rich collections stored and curated on campus and answer any questions you may have.
