It’s Jung’s first time studying in the UK, and they are still struggling to adapt. He can mostly follow team conversations but cannot find enough time to say something. By the time they decide what they want to say the conversation topic has moved on, so it feels like a waste of time to add their thoughts. When he has tried to contribute there hasn’t really been any room in the conversation and they did not want to interrupt when others were speaking. He does not feel anyone has made an effort to help include them in the team.
