Accelerate has been developed to support the next generation of leaders who have traditionally faced well documented barriers developing into senior leadership positions.

The programme is for women, disabled, LGBTQUIA+, and ethnic minority staff at grades 7 and 8, both in Academic and Professional Services, who have an ambition to reach grade 9.

Please seek the support of your line manager before applying.

The information you submit on the form below will be used in the application and selection process.

The programme is limited to 20 participants.

The closing date for applications is 04 October 2024.

We will be holding a drop in on Wednesday 25 September, 3-4pm, for people interested in applying to find out more. Please follow this link to join.
