'Mindful Mondays', 'Wellness Wednesdays' and 'Feel-Good Fridays'

This term we will be running weekly Yoga and Zumba sessions. FREE to all staff and students.

Mindful Mondays* will be led by an instructor who will take you through a mindful yoga and breathing session. We recommend that you arrive in suitable sportswear to participate and bring your own mat if you have one. Some mats will be available to borrow on the day.

Wellbeing Wednesdays Pilates* will be led by an instructor who will take you through basic skills and provide an introduction to Pilates. We recommend that you arrive in suitable sportswear to participate and bring your own mat if you have one. Some mats will be available to borrow on the day.

Feel Good Fridays Zumba* will be led by an instructor who will take you through basic skills and provide an introduction to Zumba. All abilities welcome. We recommend that you arrive in suitable sportswear ready to participate. All equipment is provided.

Inclusive 'Rock Up and Play' sessions

With over 14 beginner-friendly ‘Rock Up and Play’ sessions, our students and staff are provided with the opportunity to try out a new sport or play with those of a similar ability.

We also have 8 women’s only ‘Rock Up and Play’ sessions, and a sensory friendly ‘Rock Up and Play’ session, supporting those who prefer quieter sessions, led by the Autism at Warwick Society.
