Fitness Class Timetable 2025

You said, we did

Following our fitness class survey in November 2024, your feedback highlighted areas for improvement, helping us shape a new fitness class programme for 2025. Our new programme will help you get the most from your fitness class, and reflects some key changes that you asked for:

You said:

  • More Pilates and Pump classes
  • More Yoga
  • More availability on Stretch classes
  • Class content and required level of fitness to be made clear
  • Can’t book onto classes as they are full, but spaces are available when the class starts

We did:

  • Added 6 Pilates and 2 Pump Classes
  • Added Beginners Yoga
  • Moved Sunday’s Stretch class to Studio 3 & 4 (increasing the capacity)
  • Class descriptions have been included on our booking portal
  • Introduced a no-show policy. Customers will be charged if they fail to cancel or attend a class

No show policy

Following feedback from customers, and in line with common practice within the fitness industry, we are introducing a ‘no show policy’ for all classes from 10 February 2025.

What you need to know:

Members:

  • Failing to attend a class and register your cancellation will result in a charge of £5 added to your account
  • If you cancel less than 2 hours before the class starts, a charge of £3 will be added to your account
  • While the charge is on your account, you will be unable to access the main barrier gates. If you wish to attend a class, you will be charged ‘pay as you go’ rates until the charge is paid
  • You must swipe your access card at the main barrier gates each time you come to the Sports and Wellness Hub for a class, and again on the card reader outside the studio where your class is taking place. Failure to register your attendance in this way will result in a no-show charge being applied to your account

Pay as you go customers:

  • Failure to cancel a class at least 2 hours before the class starts will mean your booking fee will not be refunded
  • A full refund will only be given if you cancel a class at least 2 hours before the class starts

  • Upon arrival at the Sports and Wellness Hub, you must register your attendance with the reception team before heading into the class
