We’re sorry you’re looking to cancel your membership.

Why not just freeze your membership.

Are you just having a short break away from visiting the Hub?

If so, why not simply suspend your membership. We can pause your membership ready for you to start back up after you're time away. Just let us know if there is anything we can do to keep you as a valued member.

Please note:

  • Certain requirements need to be met regarding cancellation of memberships.
  • Requests will be considered on a case by case basis by Warwick Sport management.
  • You can cancel Learn to Swim memberships using this form. For any general Learn to Swim enquiries, please contact swim at warwick dot ac dot uk.

Please refer to our membership cancellation policy in our full Terms and Conditions or by asking a member of staff at the Sports & Wellness Hub.

*Standard memberships includes: Inclusive, Gym & Swim, Tennis+, Tennis, Climb, Off-Peak Active Seniors, Swim, Off-Peak Swim, Racquets, Youth Fitness, Junior Gym & Swim, Junior Climb and Junior Swim.
