After a difficult start (2-0 down), Warwick continued playing as a team and came back to 3-3 at half-time. After the break the game was more balanced but Nottingham's pitch and crowd advantage put them ahead 7-5 only five minutes from the final whistle. After hitting the post twice in a minute, Warwick boys then scored 6 straight goals without conceding any thanks to Paul Burton (GK), showing amazing team spirit as everyone contributed to the comeback. Goals from Juan Bonnin x3, Chris Wright x3, Hudson Rolfe x2, Ze Maria Sanchez x2 and Captain Alex Chomette x1 secured an 11-9 win to win the league for the first time in years.

The club will be playing the playoffs for promotion in Premier Midlands for next year.
