From 1 July, the opening hours will be:

• Term time - Monday-Friday 6.00am-10.00pm, Saturday 7.00am-8.00pm, Sunday 7.00am-10.00pm.
• Vacation - Monday-Friday 6.00am-10.00pm, Saturday-Sunday 7.00am-8.00pm.

• Climbing Centre - the Climbing Centre will be open later until 10.00pm on Sundays (term time only).

Opening times at the Tennis Centre remain unchanged.

Why we're changing our opening times

• Customer footfall in our facilities shows lower attendance during certain hours. The new opening times reflect the footfall patterns and allow the business to operate more efficiently by focusing on peak times.
• Customer feedback - we've listened and responded to customer feedback about preferred opening times.
• Maintenance and upgrades - the new opening hours will help our teams to maintain and carry out upgrades to our facilities more efficiently, creating a better experience for our customers.
• Energy and operational efficiencies - the new opening hours will help reduce energy and operational costs to maximise the long-term sustainability of our facilities.
