Following yesterday’s temporary closure of the pool at 8.00pm, we are pleased to let you know that the swimming pool will re-open today (Tuesday 2 August) at 11.15am

Please be aware that we are experiencing chlorine supplier issues and may have to close the pool again at short notice. Unfortunately, this issue is out of our control, but we’re doing everything we can to ensure the swimming pool remains open. If we need to close the pool, we’ll let you know, where by possible, by email and update our website and social media channels.

Practicing good hygiene

To ensure we have sufficient stock to maintain the correct chlorine safety level in our swimming pool, we’re asking customers to practice good hygiene. This will help us keep our pool is as clean as possible (which means using less chlorine):

• Please remove all outdoor footwear when entering the changing village.
• If you have young children, please ensure they use the toilet before entering the pool and wear a suitable swimming nappy.
• Please shower before entering the pool.
