What to do when your card doesn't work

Eating at Warwick
If ‘Eating at Warwick’ is enabled for your card and you're having problems with money on the card, please contact Senate House reception or email eating at warwick dot ac dot uk with details of the problem.
Damaged cards
If your card is damaged (e.g. split or warped as a result of being washed!), faulty or worn out, you can apply for a free replacement at University House reception. Replacement cards can usually be provided while you wait.

Is it a department building? | Some buildings are open to all University members. Others are restricted to department members only. Please contact the department to ensure that you are on their access list. |
