Funding Your Undergraduate Studies at Warwick
Government Support
Eligible undergraduate studentsLink opens in a new window can apply for loans from the UK Government to help cover the cost of tuition fees and living expenses while studying. If you have a disability, care for a child, or support an adult dependant, you may also be eligible for extra financial supportLink opens in a new window to help with additional costs related to your circumstances.

Coming Soon - The Government has indicated that it intends to reintroduce Maintenance Grants from the 2028–29 academic year, and these will be available to new and continuing eligible students. Find out more on the gov.uk Maintenance Grants webpageLink opens in a new window.
Warwick Bursary
The Warwick Bursary is a non‑repayable award that helps support full‑time Home undergraduate students from lower‑income households. If your household income is £42,875 or below and you have applied for income‑assessed funding through Student Finance England (SFE), Student Finance Northern Ireland (SFNI), or the Student Awards Agency Scotland (SAAS), you could receive between £500 and £2,500 per year towards your living costs. There is no separate application for the bursary — eligibility is assessed automatically using your student finance information.
