Warwick wellbeing peer group support for staff

Wellbeing belongs to everyone

One in four adults experience a mental health condition at some point in their lives.

Everyday stressors, personal contexts or global conditions can have a great impact on our own wellbeing and our work. Loneliness can also play a major role in how we may experience these symptoms.

The Warwick Wellbeing Peer Support Group aims to create a safe and confidential space for members of staff who would like support with their wellbeing.

The group will follow best practice and ethical guidelines and will be facilitated by professionally trained Lead Peer Support Staff. Members can share lived experience and knowledge in a safe and respectful environment.

Through connection, trust and open dialogue we can enhance our own wellbeing and support others.

If you would like to join us please email Denver Thorpe, Staff Wellbeing Co-ordinator, at Denver.thorpe@warwick.ac.uk. We look forward to seeing you there.
